The townhouses are set in blocks of 4, with two upstairs and two downstairs. All 2 bedders throughout.

Can I have a pet?

As there is a large surrounding koala corridor, there are no pets permitted in the Vue village.

Do the townhouses have private yards?

Each ground floor townhouse has an ‘exclusive use’ 20m2 yard space, which flows directly out from the patio. The upstairs townhouses have decking. This decking varies, depending on the layout and location of each townhouse.

The internal area of the townhouses is 60m2 with varying outdoor/decking spaces taking them up over 80m2.

Do they have carparking?

There is a carport on title for each townhouse and visitor parking throughout with provision for one per unit. Each carport is fitted with a vehicle charging battery station

When can I move in?

The townhouses are due for completion this Summer 2021/22

Stage One consists of 51 townhouses.

How do I secure a townhouse?

Process to secure is to choose from the available townhouses, supply your purchasing details to us and pay a $5k refundable deposit via EFT into the solicitor’s trust account.

From the day you say ‘yes’ verbally, the solicitors will allow 7 days to exchange contracts. The balance of the deposit is payable, then settlement upon completion (due Feb 2022).

What are the strata fees?

Body Corp fees are still being drawn up. Approx level is $77/week ($4,000 p.a.)

This will cover the maintenance of all the common spaces, gardens. Appraised rental expectation for the apartments is $380 – $440 per week

How soundproof are these units?

Modular construction provides a high level of acoustic separation because each module has separate floor, ceiling and wall elements, which prevents direct transfer of sound along the members. Moreover, additional sound attenuation can be achieved by utilizing sound batt insulation, acoustical mats, and other products.
